ZLYJ Series Single-Screw Extruder Dedicated Gearbox
This product is a high-performance gear transmission device specifically designed for single-screw extruders used in plastics and rubber processing. Its core mission is to efficiently and reliably convert the high-speed rotation of the prime mover into the high-torque, low-speed output required by the extruder screw, serving as the core power component that ensures the continuous and stable operation of the extrusion system.
Gears are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel and undergo carburizing, quenching, and high-precision grinding processes.
Gear accuracy reaches Grade 6 (GB10095), with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. This ensures extremely high load capacity, wear resistance, and impact resistance, guaranteeing smooth transmission, low noise, and long service life.

Heavy-Duty Axial Thrust Bearing DesignA large-size thrust bearing is integrated at the front end of the hollow output shaft, specifically designed to withstand the significant axial thrust generated during extruder screw operation. This ensures the axial stability and reliability of the transmission system under heavy loads.
Robust Construction and Applicability
The designed input shaft speed is not higher than 1500 RPM. If indirect transmission via pulleys, sprockets, etc., is used, attention must be paid to potential changes in speed, torque, and additional radial loads. Please consult us during the selection stage.
The operating ambient temperature range is wide, suitable for -40°C to 50°C. For startup in low-temperature environments, it is recommended to preheat the lubricating oil or use low-temperature lubricants.
The gearbox can operate in both forward and reverse directions. Note: When an end-mounted lubrication pump is configured for forced lubrication, the default rotation direction is clockwise when facing the output shaft (thrust bearing end), which corresponds to a right-handed screw configuration. Please specify any different requirements when placing an order.
