Wide Adjustable Particle Size Range:
The output particle size can be controlled within a relatively wide range (e.g., 20-120 mesh) by adjusting the disc gap, meeting the raw material particle size requirements of various downstream processes.
Strong Adaptability & High Throughput:
Robust construction allows tolerance to a certain degree of impurities. It features high processing capacity, making it suitable for large-scale recycling and primary crushing operations.
Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled Options:
Can be equipped with efficient cooling systems to prevent material softening or sticking to the blades due to frictional heat, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
