Plate Mill (Refiner)

This equipment performs compression, grinding, and refining on pre-crushed materials through the relative motion of two plates (one fixed, one rotating) with fine surface patterns, to obtain finer and more uniform powder.

Precision Grinding & Refinement:The plate surfaces undergo special hardening treatment and are designed with precise grinding patterns, enabling micron-level grinding of materials (fineness can reach 80-400 mesh or finer). The resulting product has a concentrated particle size distribution.
Temperature-Controlled Fine Grinding:
Equipped with precise plate gap adjustment and a highly efficient closed-loop cooling system (typically water-cooled). This strictly controls the grinding temperature, protecting material properties, making it especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
High-Surface-Area Product:
The resulting powder has a higher specific surface area and good flowability, significantly enhancing its performance in applications such as composite materials and coatings.
Low Noise & Low Wear:
Operates relatively smoothly. Wear parts (the plates) have a long service life, resulting in longer maintenance intervals.
