Innovatively employs a "carbon dioxide + alcohol" dual-component foaming agent formula. Through a micro-dosing precision injection system, ideal foaming expansion and uniform cell structure can be achieved with extremely low injection volumes. This technology retains the environmental benefits of physical foaming while enhancing process tolerance and finished product surface quality through the synergistic effect of chemical foaming agents.
